In my own understanding, a healthy person is someone who is Physically, Mentally, and Psychologically fit, so for one to be considered healthy, he must be fit in all those aspects.

*Neatness:
Yes, neatness is a part of the prerequisites of being healthy. You can differentiate a mad man from a normal man on the road just by seeing how dirty the mad one looks, that is to tell you how important neatness can be. An automobile mechanic man can be mistaken for a mad man just because of the nature of his job which makes him dirty.

Being neat does not only mean outwardly neatness but inwardly neatness too, in fact, inwardly neatness is more important and crucial.
Changing underwears twice in a day and bathing as much as you can in a day contributes to inwardly neatness, routinely mobbing of your rooms, cleaning cobwebs and sweeping your compound is also a good practice of an inwardly neat person. When there is dirtiness, there will be room for bacteria which is an enemy to human health. Neatness is the absence of dirtiness so when there is neatness, there won’t be dirtiness. Everybody is supposed to understand the importance of balanced diet, eating food when it is due, and eating food that contains all the food nutrients.
Some people eat carbohydrate for 2 to 3 days without knowing the implications.
It is good to eat food that contains carbohydrate, protein, Vitamins, Minerals, Water, Fat and oil at the same time or randomly.
For example, someone who is eating rice and stew, needs fruits or Juices and water to balance the diet or someone who has eaten rice and stew in the afternoon need to eat only fruits and water in the night. One has to be rotating diet from one class of food to the other and not eating one class of food for long. Someone who is observing the balanced diet is said to be a healthy person.
