It is popularly said that health is Wealth. A sick person on the bed cannot enjoy his wealth neither can a dead person enjoy his.
In my own understanding, a healthy person is someone who is Physically, Mentally, and Psychologically fit, so for one to be considered healthy, he must be fit in all those aspects.

Living a healthy way of life is what we are going to talk about now.

How to Live a Healthy Way of Life

*Neatness:

Yes, neatness is a part of the prerequisites of being healthy. You can differentiate a mad man from a normal man on the road just by seeing how dirty the mad one looks, that is to tell you how important neatness can be. An automobile mechanic man can be mistaken for a mad man just because of the nature of his job which makes him dirty.

Being neat does not only mean outwardly neatness but inwardly neatness too, in fact, inwardly neatness is more important and crucial.

Changing underwears twice in a day and bathing as much as you can in a day contributes to inwardly neatness, routinely mobbing of your rooms, cleaning cobwebs and sweeping your compound is also a good practice of an inwardly neat person. When there is dirtiness, there will be room for bacteria which is an enemy to human health. Neatness is the absence of dirtiness so when there is neatness, there won’t be dirtiness. Neatness is a must do for anybody who aspires to live a healthy way of life….

* Balanced Diet

Everybody is supposed to understand the importance of balanced diet, eating food when it is due, and eating food that contains all the food nutrients.

Some people eat carbohydrate for 2 to 3 days without knowing the implications.
It is good to eat food that contains carbohydrate, protein, Vitamins, Minerals, Water, Fat and oil at the same time or randomly.

For example, someone who is eating rice and stew, needs fruits or Juices and water to balance the diet or someone who has eaten rice and stew in the afternoon need to eat only fruits and water in the night. One has to be rotating diet from one class of food to the other and not eating one class of food for long. Someone who is observing the balanced diet is said to be a healthy person.

*Exercising

Exercises always makes one healthy.. Everybody needs exercise.

It makes one energetic and agile, flexible and strong.

Someone who does not exercises him or herself is more likely to get ill than the one who does.

Exercises has been recommended to everybody by top physicians in the world.

There are many ways to exercise, from dancing, to running, jumping, playing sports games and also gyming at the gymnasium.

Exercises is very important to human health and it is a prerequisite to a healthy living.

You have done well, but you are still not at the goal post( received an offer letter). Until you get that letter stating you have been offered an employment with that organization, you have to continue to do well to stand out.

1. Immediately after the interview-(not MORE than 24hours later), be sure to write a letter of thanks to everyone who interviewed you. The purpose of this letter is to sell yourself again to this company. These days, it is okay to send an e-mail. A text message is iffy, depending on who the interviewer was and how the interview went.

In your letter, you should thank all the interviewers for the opportunity to interview with than and re-state your interest in the job and how your strengths/ qualifications can be an asset to the company/organization. If they(interviewer) did not already say so during your interview then in your letter, give a time frame on when you should follow up regarding the job position.

You may be wondering how will one get the contacts of the interviewers? By asking for it after the interview?
Awesome question! Yes, do ask for the contact information of the interviewer. Be polite when requesting this information and ask the interviewer, how they would preferred to be contacted. Also be honest in stating why, when they ask you. Say something in this nature- "I appreciate the opportunity of this interview and would like to send a follow-up letter".

The real estate business is at an all time high as that seems to be the most secure way of "rooting" your assets. Some of the things you can do as a real estate agent is land or house sales. Leasing or letting. Consult as a real estate professional or even provide skilled surveyors and engineers for those who need them.

7) Sale of fashion products. We are becoming very enlightened fashion wise and people spend a fortune to look good. This is also a business one can do provided you have a market for those who need a constant supply of your wears.
You can also open up stores on ebay, Amazon, Konga, Jumia and the likes and yes! The returns are not bad at all. I can testify to that.

Therefore, if you find a realistic way to do this, you will be able to stop thinking about how you can make money, because you will be already there with your hands soaked by the flow, you will have found your way to money. There is a phrase a friend of mine once told me joking around where he said: "Do not give me anything, just put me where the money is".

This idea is the centre of this whole proposition, because it is a fact that you will get farther by being where the money is, rather than waiting for a piece of good fortune coming from someone willing to spill it over you. You must simply quit pursuing ways to make money and instead, start moving toward money as your actual destination.
